23rd of april e 3rd of may were days of training and practice of Adapted Orienteering at Associação de Paralisia Cerebral de Almada e Seixal (APCAS), on behalf of ReSport Project (Erasmus + Program).
In a first moment were presented and explained the rules of this sport and how to organize practice sessions. Secondly, it started the practice of this sport for people with intelectual disabilities and cerebral palsy.
This intervention has the participation of technicians of APCAS and FPDD and has the logistic support of Seixal Municipality.
We aim to expand the practice of Adapted Orienteering to other organizations for people with disabilities at Setúbal Peninsula in a near future.
